1. Please enter the information you would like added to the custom card in form after adding to cart!

2. Add to cart, and send the photo of your pup through our email sprinksandnachoco@gmail.com

3. Within 72 hours, receive proof of the card for approval (starting after proper image sent)

4. After approval, receive your custom ADA information cards in the mail!

5. ADA custom coloring and picture cards with task, social media, and handler information, we also include an ADA law QR code for easy information handling with the public.

   We are able to customize the coloring, tasks, social media, pictures and more just reach out if you would like a certain personalization you don't see! Also check out our reviews for fun color combination ideas!

   These cards are printed on business cardstock with the front being glossy and the back is matte. Please message a high quality picture of your assistance dog after purchase!

   These are perfect for curious people in public about laws of assistance animals, or questioning business owners, or in the event of access issues. They can be carried in your pups vest, a belt bag, hole punched and added to a ring, etc!
