4. Send a clear, high-quality photo of your dog through Etsy messaging or email us at sprinksandnachoco@gmail.com.

5. Within 72 hours of receiving your photo, you’ll get a proof for approval.

6. Once approved, your custom ADA cards will be printed and shipped!

To comply with ADA guidelines, we may ask the two legally permitted questions:

1. Is your assistance animal required because of a disability?

2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
